I used service Package 1 and got all the approved and live comments on exact PR pages as package offered. They provided commenting quickly, met the turnaround time...
I pay 20$ per 100 comments, and only 40-50% are usually approved, so this service is a LOT better value for money.
Btw the pages are not comment spammed like 400 comments on pages...
